EasySpeech Reader does not collect, store or share personal information. There are no accounts, ads or tracking.

What the app stores, and where

Everything you add to EasySpeech Reader is kept only on your own device, in your browser's or the app's local storage:

The documents and text you import or paste, and your place in each one.
Your settings, such as theme, font, speed and chosen voice.
The AI voice files, downloaded once so the app works offline.

This information is never sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting a document in the app removes it. Uninstalling the app or clearing its site data removes everything.

How the AI voice works

The read-aloud voice is generated by a speech model that runs directly on your device. The text being read is not uploaded to any server. If you choose the "Device voice" option instead, speech is produced by your phone's or computer's built-in voices under that system's own privacy terms.

What we don't do

No account sign-up and no collection of names, emails or contacts.
No analytics, advertising identifiers or tracking cookies.
No selling or sharing of data with third parties.
No access to your camera, microphone, contacts or location.

Website hosting

The app's files are delivered from easyspeech.io. Like any website, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to deliver the files. We do not use these records to identify or track you.

Children

EasySpeech Reader does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13, because it collects no personal information at all.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
